(CTN News) – In Arsenal’s 6-0 win over West Ham, Declan Rice scored a brilliant long-range strike and set up two goals in the first half as Bukayo Saka gained redemption.
Rice was relentlessly jeered by West Ham supporters who were clearly unhappy with his move to Arsenal in July. In the 67th minute, the England midfielder was substituted after contributing to one of thedefeats in the history of his first club.
Rice’s set-piece deliveries helped Arsenal centre-backs William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes score headed goals in a 10-minute span before halftime. Home fans left the Olympic Stadium before halftime.
