Harry Potter Fans Giddy Over HBO Premier Return to Hogwarts
Many of the most beloved cast members, including Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright and Matthew Lewis, returned for the programme.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was the first movie in the series to hit the big screen in 2001. The cast of the hit films participated in the special documentary celebrating 20 years of the films, which can be seen on Sky and NowTV.
Viewers were also treated to behind-the-scenes secrets during the special as well as tributes to a number of beloved cast members who have passed away since the show aired.
There was one comment made by many viewers, which involved Emma Watson and Tom Felton.
Emma revealed she had a crush on her Harry Potter co-star, though he saw her as his younger sister. They reaffirmed their love for each other as adults during the reunion, leading to a large number of social media comments.

Some viewers felt uncomfortable during the reunion, as JK Rowling was the topic of discussion.
In recent years, Rowling has been criticized for her transphobic views, and old interview footage from 2019 was inserted into the reunion.
