Gear up for the Super Bowl

This weekend is the Super Bowl, and we’re sure a couple of your friends have already asked what you’re doing. Here is a list of some of the best places in the city to kick back and watch it.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a treat

Valentine’s Day falls on Monday, but there’s no reason to miss out on all the great treats and meals in the city this weekend! This is especially true if you missed out on that all-important Monday night reservation at 6 PM.

VMF Winter Arts

This week, Winter Arts return to the Vancouver Mural Fest! A number of augmented reality installations will be set up around the city, along with living events and outdoor hangouts, including an open-air food and drink stand.

If you want to earn your meal, or if you just enjoy the outdoors, then this is a great option for you. Winter walks in Vancouver are fantastic, and we are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the country where you won’t be freezing after 5 minutes even on a cold day.

Cross-Country Skiing

We can’t deny that a few hours of slip-sliding around is fun whenever we’re outside. The cross-country trails at Cypress Mountain are among the best and most popular in Canada. During the day, head out for a fun adventure, or enjoy the 7.5km of lit trails at night!
