According to Associated Press, the Queen had canceled several activities last week after testing positive for Coronavirus, so the latest meeting suggests that she is recovering.

At Westminster Abbey on March 14, she will attend the Commonwealth Ceremony, followed by a memorial service on March 26 for her deceased husband, Prince Philip, who passed away in April at the age of 99.
