Good & bad carbohydrates & what should I know!
Not all carbohydrates are the same for the organism, nor they have the same effects! The white products (bread, pasta, rice and flour), are not what we call the “good carbohydrates”. On the contrary all wholegrain products belong to the category of good carbohydrates and they are recommended even for weight loss!

Which good carbohydrates should be present in our nutrition?
Naturally fruits are one of the most important sources of fiber along with the vegetables. The wholegrain is an extremely beneficial source of carbohydrates for the organism. They are rich in vitamins and tracing elements are low in fats (naturally we select those without the addition of sugar) and they contain precious metals (as potassium, selenium and magnesium). It is another food rich in plant fiber protecting the good functioning of the intestine.
The wholegrain rice or else brown rice is the non-processed form of the known rice. It is a lot easier on digestion than the white rice and very rich in precious metals. Brown rice is also beneficial for the smooth operation of the intestine and promotes the weight loss.
