Hyundai Cars Will Be Sold On Amazon Starting In 2024

(CTN News) – In addition to adding Alexa to Hyundai vehicles as part of its car-sharing program, Hyundai plans to integrate Amazon’s Alexa into its vehicles as early as 2025.

The Hyundai Motor Company has announced that starting in 2024, the company will become the first brand in the automotive world to begin selling cars on Amazon.

It has been reported that the new method is set to allow customers to purchase cars and then either have them delivered to their homes directly or pick them up from their local dealerships once they have purchased the car. Moreover, the report states that there will be the possibility for auto dealers to sell their vehicles through Amazon’s stores located across the United States.

The report, however, does not provide a comprehensive explanation of how purchasing vehicles on Amazon can benefit customers in a specific way.

There is already a native search tool available on Hyundai’s USA website, which lets customers filter out and search for models that fit their requirements within a 250-mile radius of where they live in order to find the right car for them.

It is important to note, however, that customers still have to contact their dealer in order to get more details about the car so that they can be able to make an informed choice.

We are still not sure whether Amazon will be able to take the step of contacting a salesperson out of this process, so we will have to wait and see how this will play out.

In addition to selling its vehicles on this online platform, Hyundai will be integrating Amazon’s Alexa into its vehicles from the year 2025 onwards in addition to selling its vehicles online.

Furthermore, Hyundai is said to be integrating Amazon’s AWS and Amazon Web Services as its preferred cloud service provider in order to optimize production and minimize costs at the same time
