There has been a change in the plans of the e-commerce giant in the last few months, as it announced discounts on its Prime subscription to attract more customers to its service.

There has been a big increase in the prices of the products compared to older models. In the event that you intend to purchase the membership, you will now have to pay a higher rate.

New prices for Amazon Prime subscriptions in India

The Amazon Prime membership price in India now starts at Rs 299 for a one-month membership. In December 2021, the price was announced as Rs 179. Based on this information, it appears that the company has increased its price by 120 rupees.

Amazon Prime’s quarterly plan will now cost you Rs 599, which is for a three-month subscription. Previously, it was available for Rs 459, which means Amazon has raised the price by 140 rupees.

Fortunately, the longer-term plans remain unchanged in price. According to the official website, the annual Amazon Prime membership costs Rs 1,499, and the Annual Prime Lite plan costs Rs 999.

You can watch the program on two devices at the same time in Full HD resolution. The premium Netflix plan costs Rs 649 per month. In Ultra HD resolution, four devices can be viewed simultaneously.
