Mitsubishi Thailand to Launch New MY17 Triton

BANGKOK – Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co is launching a new model of its Triton pickup, aiming to maintain its share in the small truck market at 8%.
The official launch of the new model is on Oct 15 at over 200 showrooms nationwide, according to the company’s president and CEO Morikazu Chokki.
“We aim to maintain the pickup market share at 8%. Mitsubishi Motors’ strategy is to continuingly offer superior performance and best value-for-money in all products line up. We offer complete vehicle options in response to different customer needs,” he said.
Mitsubishi Triton is equipped with the MIVEC clean diesel VG-turbo engine with an inter-cooler size of 2.4 liters, 181 horsepower (3,500 rpm), and maximum torque at 430 N-m (2,500 rpm).
The price ranges from 489,000 to 964,000 baht.
