Galaxy S24 With Exynos Could Come To These Places

(CTN News) – Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series is rumored to feature Exynos chipsets again within the next few months. All of those rumors seem to have been confirmed by Samsung’s announcement last month, which reaffirmed all the rumours.

The word on the street is that the Galaxy S24 will be offered with the Exynos 2400 SoC in a few regions outside the US, but nothing is confirmed yet.

The question that remains is, in which countries would the Exynos 2400-powered Galaxy S24 be made available for purchase?

In the tweet below, @Tech_Reve seems to have provided a response to that question. Apparently, Samsung might be offering the Galaxy S24 with the 2400 processor in Europe and Southeast Asian countries, according to the tipster.

Meanwhile, American markets will receive the Galaxy S24 equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, on the other hand.

As far as power efficiency and GPU performance are concerned, Snapdragon chips tend to be slightly better than Exynos ones, and Exynos 2400 customers are expecting the same from the chip.

Samsung’s Exynos 2400 is also in the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra

Previously, rumors were circulating that only the Galaxy S24 would be sold with the 2400 chipset in a limited number of regions, while the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra would only be sold with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

It was this news that gave Samsung fans hope that, if they stayed with the higher variants of the Galaxy S24, they would be able to get Snapdragon-powered smartphones.

Despite that, @Tech_Reve claims that this won’t be the case. According to reports, certain regions of the world could also receive the Exynos 2400 with the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

It should be noted that there are no solid proofs to back up the claims made in this article, so it may be taken lightly. In any case, the news seems to be credible, as Samsung has offered variants of its flagship smartphones in the past in the same geographical regions where Exynos variants have been available.

Assuming the information is accurate, all that is left for Samsung fans in Europe and Southeast Asia to do now is to pray that the Exynos 2400 chipset will actually be as good as its Snapdragon counterpart in terms of performance.
