North Waziristan Shootout Kills 5 Terrorists And A Soldier

(CTN NEWS) – North Waziristan – Security forces killed five serious terrorists on Monday during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Jhallar Algad neighborhood of North Waziristan district, according to a statement from the military.

Security troops and terrorists engaged in a heavy fire exchange throughout the operation, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Five terrorists were killed as a result of the troops’ successful engagement of the terrorists’ site, according to the report, which also noted that the dead terrorists’ weapons and ammo were found.

The report stated that the terrorists who were slain “remain actively engaged in terrorist activities against security personnel and the murder of innocent persons.”

However, Sepoy Nasir Khan, a 25-year-old inhabitant of the South Waziristan district, chose martyrdom amid the ferocious exchange of fire, according to ISPR.

It further stated that the location is being sanitized to eliminate any additional terrorists discovered there.
