Chiang Mai Panida Khueanjinda Crowned Miss Thailand 2024
(CTN News) – A young lady from Chiang Mai has been crowned the 55th Miss Thailand. The 2024 beauty pageant had thirty-four candidates, with the final round taking place on Sunday evening at MCC Hall, The Mall Ngamwongwan.
Panida Khueanjinda, a 28-year-old pageant veteran and graduate of Chiang Mai’s Faculty of Fine Arts, has been named the next title holder. She received the title of Miss Grand Nakhon Phanom in 2022.

Pandia receives the “Sai Yai Phuk Phan” crown from GODDIAMONDS, as well as the official wand and flowers. She also receives an 800,000 baht cash reward and a one-year free stay in an Asset Wise condominium. She will also be awarded additional prizes from sponsors.
Panida was questioned during the Q&A round: “If you were crowned Miss Thailand, how would you use this prestigious title to drive change, and why?”
She responded, “I want to drive change by encouraging self-worth. While some may dismiss it as a minor issue, it is crucial for individuals who feel defeated. I’d like to inform everyone that when we allow ourselves to be joyful, we genuinely become authentic.
Pornsirikul Puata from Prachuap Khiri Khan is the first runner-up, followed by Athitiya Benjapak from Nakhon Ratchasima in second place.
Miss Thailand 2024 will actively participate in numerous humanitarian initiatives throughout the next year in order to become a symbol of modern Thai women. She will be a social advocate, supporting and raising fundamental education for all Thais. In addition, she will serve as a cultural ambassador and help to promote tourism.
Chon Buri will host the Miss Thailand competition in 2025.
