“It’s like it is trolling us all on purpose”, she laughs and continues, “But the fact is, most novelties don’t have a practical use. Even the best payout casinos won’t risk with new technologies unless they see interest among their users. The truth is, the casino industry actually moves much slower than we think, but its everyday dynamics with thousands of games makes it look more active.”

In Anna’s opinion, the future trends in gambling will be far less revolutionary than we think. She believes they will come down to a better user experience and a higher level of transparency.

As one of the biggest and boldest trends in the industry, Rosak lists transparent RTPs and provably fair games. Players are no longer fascinated with the mere process of gaming, but also want to see the fruits of their efforts, and double-check the gaming results.

In the world of gaming, nothing has been as big of an underdog, as probably fair games were.

“To put it simply, provably fair games, give customers the opportunity to see if the game played by the book, and deliver random results. This is done by assigning both them, the game and the session a specific ID that is then used in complex formulas,” reveals Anna.

Although she admits that using formulas and doing math might not be everyone’s cup of tea, they have definitely found their spot in mainstream gaming, and eventually, could take over the industry.

“There is not a single player in the world who doesn’t suspect the RNG when they are on a losing streak. Provably fair games allow them to see numbers for themselves, and understand the entire technology behind gambling much better”, says Rosak.
