Call of Duty: MW II & Warzone 2.0: Season 3 Release Date And New Updates

(CTN NEWS) – Several new game modes, maps, cosmetics, and other items are available with the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 season 3.

Expect four new multiplayer maps for Modern Warfare 2, as well as the return of several game modes from the weekly playlist rotation.

Massive Resurgence, a new game mode for Warzone 2.0, and the midseason return of Plunder are both coming.

• Introduces additional operators, weapons, and cosmetics in the Battle Pass.
• With the acquisition of the Battle Pass, Alejandro Vargas and Valeria Garza are added to the operator roster.
• At launch, players can purchase the FJX Imperium sniper and Cronen Squall combat rifles with the combat Pass.
• Midseason, two sidearms will be added.
• For rewards including weapon blueprints, vehicle skins, and battle pass token tier skips, collect trophies during the Trophy Hunt Event, which starts 48 hours after launch. You may exchange them for these items in the Events page.
• During the upcoming midseason Camo Challenge Event, earn a special set of camo.
• The existing battle pass bundle has been replaced by BlackCell, a new battle pass product.
• The Recruit a Friend programme offers additional prizes.

WHAT’S NEW IN SEASON 3 OF MODERN WARFARE 2?

• Gunfight, a fast-paced 2v2 game mode, is back and features four new playable levels.
• Midseason will bring about Gunfight OSP (On-Site Procurement), which will allow players to gather equipment and weapons all around the area.
• There are three new battle maps (Rohan Oil and Sattiq Cave Complex) and two new 6v6 maps (Pelayo’s Lighthouse, Black Gold, and Alboran Hatchery).

• Face Off and GW Infected, Infected rejoins the weekly playlist rotation.
• New prizes for ranked multiplayer gaming are dependent on season placement and ranked wins.

WHAT IS NEW IN SEASON 3 OF WARZONE 2.0?

• With the help of the new Massive Resurgence mode, 150 players can drop on Al Mazrah.
• Grab all the money you can in Plunder as it makes a midseason comeback.
• In Warzone 2.0, which also has a Gunfight map in Modern Warfare 2, Blacksite is the new Gulag.
• Utilize Redeploy Drones to move swiftly over the map.
• Carriers of Tempered Plate convert your armour into two half-bars rather than three-thirds.
