In the game Grime, players embark on a peculiar journey where they forge extraordinary “living weapons” upon their character to vanquish adversaries.

If that wasn’t bizarre or eerie enough, the player’s character itself embodies a “humanoid black hole,” capable of devouring fallen foes to enhance and advance their own capabilities.

Grime’s setting takes place on an otherworldly planet comprising diverse landscapes, ranging from subterranean caverns to civilizations nestled within vast deserts.

Formidable encounters with bosses provide exhilarating action reminiscent of Soulslike games, while also offering rewards akin to Metroidvania titles.

These rewards bestow the protagonist with profound abilities that profoundly impact both combat and traversal, as described by the game’s developer, Clover Bite.
