Rogue Police Officers Arrested for Kidnapping and Extorting Chinese Nationals

They each sent $2,000 USD. This means the kidnappers successfully stole $4,000 USD (around 120,000 Thai Baht) before they were caught. The police have digital transfer slips to prove this theft.
