Wireless Festival returns to England this summer in three locations for hip hop fans.

In London and Birmingham, huge stars will perform at Finsbury Park and Crystal Palace.

In addition to Cardi B, A$AP Rocky, J.Cole, SZA, Doja Cat, and Tyler, The Creator, the lineup was announced today (25 February 2022).

The festival will take place over two consecutive weekends, from 1-3 July and 8-10 July.

First held in 2005, Wireless Festival has since featured headline acts such as Kanye West, Jay Z, Rhianna, Bruno Mars, and Stormzy.

Who’s performing at Wireless Festival 2022?

As of now, Cardi B, SZA, Nicki Minaj, Tyler the Creator, Dave, J.Cole, and A$AP Rocky have been announced, but Wireless has secured a number of festival exclusives and huge names to accompany them.

Wireless 2022 is taking place over three sites, so you will be able to catch these acts at each.

  • London Crystal Palace: A$AP Rocky, J Cole, Tyler the Creator
  • London Finsbury Park: Cardi B, SZA, Nicki Minaj
  • Outdoor at the Birmingham NEC: Dave, Cardi B, J Cole 

Nine days of music begin on July 1 to July 3 at Crystal Palace Park in London, and continue in the following weekend, with simultaneous three-day events in London Finsbury Park and Outdoor at the Birmingham NEC from July 8 – July 11.

Over the course of the weekend, A$AP Rocky (UK exclusive), J. Cole (UK exclusive), Tyler, The Creator (London exclusive), Cardi B (UK exclusive), Nicki Minaj (EU exclusive), Dave and SZA (EU exclusive) will play across the different events, making for an unforgettable weekend.

In addition to that, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, Little Simz, Playboi Carti, Burna Boy, Summer Walker, and more have been added to the line-up.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 12pm on Monday, February 28. So set your alarms now.

There is no need to worry if you don’t get tickets, as BBC Radio 1Xtra will broadcast live from the Wireless site, so you can get all the action even if you weren’t able to get tickets.

How to get tickets to Wireless Festival 2022

Tickets for Wireless Festival 2022 are still available on Ticketmaster here. There are no pricing details yet, but in 2021 a day ticket was priced at £85.25 and a weekend ticket was priced at £222.75.

The nearest station to Finsbury Park in Finsbury Park on the London Underground Victoria Line. To get to Birmingham NEC, you need to get to Birmingham International Rail Station.
