Tim Scott Proposes To Mindy While Running For The Republican Nomination In 2024

(CTN News) – A proposal has been made by South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott to his girlfriend, ending speculation regarding his romantic prospects.

According to the failed presidential candidate, “she said yes,” in a message he posted on X on 21 January. It is my pleasure to be the luckiest man in the world because of you, Mindy.”
Mr. Tim Scott posted two photos with his fiance, Mindy Noce, a Charleston-based interior designer and mother of three.
Scott introduced Ms Noce after a GOP debate in November, telling reporters that the two had been dating for “about a year.”

Since he is mainly an introvert and quiet, having a conversation about the engagement seems a little, you know, uncomfortable in a way, but it is the most exciting thing I will ever do with my life apart from becoming a Christian,” Mr Tim Scott told the Washington Post following the successful proposal.

In their first conversation, which lasted for approximately an hour and a half or two, they decided to do a Bible study together.

According to the Post, Mr Tim Scott requested Ms Noce’s parents’ blessing two weeks prior to Christmas.

I have been very patient and prayerful, and I am very excited and slightly nervous. I am very thankful to have found a soul mate and someone who shares many of my interests, passions, and goals.” he stated.

The relationship status of the South Carolina Republican was the subject of concerns among some donors during his presidential campaign.

As part of his efforts to put donors’ fears aside, he announced in September that he was involved in a “wonderful relationship” with a “smart Christian woman.”

Tim Scott endorsed Donald Trump for president last Friday. After months of competing with Mr Trump for the Republican nomination in 2024, Mr Tim Scott tweeted, “We need a president who will close our southern border.” Our streets need a president who will put an end to crime. Donald Trump is needed! ”
