Stream Justin Timberlake’s New Song, “Selfish,” From His First Album Since 2018
(CTN News) – It appears Justin Timberlake will make a comeback in the near future. It will be on March 15 that the pop singer will release Everything I Thought It Was, his first album since 2018’s Man of the Woods, via RCA Records.
As part of the release of the new album, SZA offers a music video for the album’s lead single, “Selfish,” which was directed by her frequent collaborator Bradley J. Calder. Below you can watch a new visual for the song.
Besides writing the song with Louis Bell and Cirkut, as well as co-producing it with Louis Bell and Cirkut, Justin Timberlake also collaborated on its production with Theron Thomas and Amy Allen.
As Justin Timberlake explained on Apple Music 1 in an interview with Zane Lowe about his new album, “I believe there are moments on this album that are incredibly honest, but, also, I believe there’s a lot of fun on this album.”.
On Saturday night, Justin Timberlake will appear on a Saturday Night Live episode hosted by Dakota Johnson, where he will perform on the show.
As I flirted with the idea of hosting or asking to host, I was unsure whether I should ask or host? “And then I just started thinking, ‘No, this album is really special to me in a different, different kind of way,’ ” Justin Timberlake told Lowe.
Truth be told, you have read that perfectly, but I am also sure that I will be tempted to do some sketching on the way along the way as well. There is no doubt in my mind that it will happen in the near future. I am here to be a part of it, and I am looking forward to being a part of it.
Doing that is always a lot of fun. Regardless of the role I play on SNL, I am a big fan of the show. The number of times I’ve been on the show is so unknown to me that I’m not even sure how many times I’ve hosted,” she says.
