(CTN News) – Tyreek Hill, former nemesis of the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins wide receiver, has found himself in legal trouble once again as the Daily Mail reports that a woman has filed a lawsuit against him for allegedly breaking her leg.
In a lawsuit filed against Hill, 29, Sophie Hall, a plus-size model and social media influencer, claims battery, assault and negligence. Hall, 35, says Tyreek Hill assaulted her with “crushing force” following an embarrassing incident at his house in South Florida in which she embarrassed him.
In the complaint against defendant Tyreek Hill, the complaint states that his aggressive behavior towards Ms. Hall is consistent with his history of aggressive, abusive, and violent behavior directed at women.
A defendant’s actions of striking and/or threatening plaintiff with physical violence have gone far beyond all reasonable bounds of decency and are to be regarded as outrageous, odious, and utterly intolerable in a civilized society.
Hall also claims that Hill began sending “flirtatious” messages on Instagram after enrolling her 10-year-old son in his youth football camp, refusing to believe that she was actually 6-1, three inches taller than him. As a result of her participation in offensive drills with Hill, she sustained the injury.
Although Tyreek Hill is an excellent player on the field, his career has been marred by controversy off the field. He was dismissed from the Oklahoma State football team following an arrest for assaulting his pregnant ex-girlfriend, for which he later pleaded guilty.
In addition, he was under investigation following the break of his son’s arm when he was three years old, although no charges were brought against him.
Throughout this season, Hill has been in hot water. Tyreek Hill,
Who is accused of slapping a Miami marina employee in June, declined to press charges. The Miami-Dade Police Department initiated an investigation into the incident, but Hill did not file charges.
Three consecutive women claimed to have had children with Tyreek Hill just months apart, and Hill has also been the subject of multiple paternity lawsuits.
A statement from Hill on the allegations has not been released as of yet. He finished second in the voting for Offensive Player of the Year.
