The series follows Anthony, Benedict, Francesca, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Gregory, and Hyacinth as they explore love and life in London. The Netflix hit show’s fans took to Twitter to say they planned on binge-watching the Bridgerton season 2. During the day of the show’s release, a Twitter user posted a hilarious GIF depicting how exhausted they were after watching the show at 4 am. Adjoa Andoh’s character, Lady Danbury, and Simone Ashley’s character, Kate Sharma, were also popular. There were also many comments on Jonathan Bailey’s role of Anthony and Kate.

One fan wrote, “So far I’m loving Anthony and Kate just a little bit hating the way they did Kate dirty.. she’s better than that and her father might have come from a lower class, but surely she’s deserved better”.
