BANGKOK – A devastating tragedy struck the city of Khon Kaen, Thailand, on Tuesday afternoon when a four-year-old girl died inside her family’s car. The young child accidentally suffocated after climbing into the vehicle to wait for her mother, who had promised to take her on an outing.
