Video On Amazon Complaining About Lifting Heavy Boxes

(CTN News) – The 7-year Amazon employee was fired after he complained on TikTok about having to lift heavy boxes and orders amid several tech layoffs.

Kendall, the former Amazon employee who goes by the username @thatamazonguyy, shared behind-the-scenes videos about her time at the company.

He revealed in one video that the company had fired him due to his complaints. Over 35,000 people follow him on the video-sharing site.

His video begins with him saying, “Hey guys, I’ve got some bad news. I just got fired from Amazon.” “Seven long years just gone down the drain,” he concludes.

As an Amazon worker, Kendall explained that he made a video about four weeks ago telling people not to buy heavy items because he was tired of lifting heavy items. He continued by explaining that while most people thought the clip was funny, certain people did not relate.

He said most people took the video as a joke, especially if they work at Amazon, because they knew I was overexaggerating.

Please forgive me if you felt offended by that video. It wasn’t my intention to offend or discriminate. Just wanted to make something funny. It’s too late for me to be rehired, so I apologize.” he said.

In the video, he says he worked an extra shift at warehouse and was given the job of a picker. The rest of the items I picked were either Fiji water or dog food, he said. “Don’t buy water,” he said.

In your case, you run out of water, you order from Amazon, and it takes two to three business days to arrive, bro? You should go to the store and purchase water as you normally would. Kendall said, “I will replace your Fiji water with Aquafina if I see some water next time I pick.”

In fact, he even joked about what he would do if consumers were careless, calling for compassion for workers like “the 50-year-old lady who has to grab dog food from the top shelf.”
