CHIANGRAI TIMES – Chiang Rai’s Muang district, two teenagers barged into a petrol station, held workers at gunpoint and made off with 10,400 baht in cash. The suspects arrived at the petrol station near a bus terminal on a motorcycle at about 4am.

They each drew a gun and demanded Worawut Yadee and Samphan Khampanya hand over cash. The suspects fled after receiving the money. The two workers were not injured.

Pol Col Chuwit urged the public to be more careful, saying football betting is rampant and may lead to a rise in robberies.
