The charges also included selling cosmetics without a registration number under the Cosmetics Act of 2015 and selling medical devices without permission under the Medical Device Act of 2008.

Pol. Col. Pol. Col. Sophon emphasized that the medical supplies were intended for use in beauty clinics and must be administered by specialists. They cannot be sold to the general public. Furthermore, the drugs had not been registered or certified by the Food and Drug Administration.
