Overview of IT&CM Asia
IT&CM Asia, formally known as Incentive Travel & Conventions, Meetings Asia (IT&CMA), is a premier international event focused on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 1993, it serves as a key platform for connecting global business events suppliers with qualified buyers, fostering networking, education, and business development.
The event is organized by TTG Events, a business group under TTG Asia Media, and is renowned for its extensive exhibition showcase of Asia-Pacific MICE suppliers—the largest of its kind globally.
Jakarta as a Global MICE Hub
As Indonesia’s capital and Southeast Asia’s largest economy, Jakarta leverages its modern infrastructure, strategic location, and cultural vibrancy to attract global organizers. This effort is backed by government policies, including incentives for event planners, streamlined visas, and marketing campaigns, aiming to elevate Indonesia’s MICE ranking and contribute to the national economy.
By 2025, Jakarta will have solidified its role through high-profile events and international promotions, with the sector projected to grow significantly. The city’s MICE market is part of Indonesia’s broader industry, expected to reach USD 7,413.6 million by 2032 at a CAGR of 13.78%, fueled by rising corporate demand and regional connectivity.
