An update from Singha Chiangrai United’s official page confirms that all tickets for this clash with Buriram United have sold out. Every one of the stadium’s 9,147 seats is taken, promising a full house for this big night.
Adding to the occasion, club president “Big Han” Mitti Tiyapairat personally placed season ticket stickers himself. He wanted to thank supporters for their loyalty and constant support, showing the fans how much they matter to the club.
All eyes will be on this match to see if Chiang Rai’s home crowd can help their team hold off the defending champions, Buriram United. Fans can catch the game live on AIS Play this Sunday.
The last time Chiang Rai beat Buriram United at home in the Thai League was on 31 January 2019. Chiang Rai won that memorable match 4-0 and went on to secure their first-ever league title that season.
