BANGKOK – BG Pathum United have brought back left-back Thanawat Phimphayotha to True BG Stadium, ending his loan spell with Singha Chiangrai United. The 25-year-old began his career with North Bangkok University in Thai League 3.

In 2024, “The Rabbits” signed him and then sent him out on loan to Chiangrai at the start of the 2024/25 season. Now, “Jao Jo” is back with BG Pathum United as they prepare for the second half of the Thai League season in 2025/26.

**Thanawat Pimyotha** (Thai: ธนวัฒน์ พิมพ์โยธา; also transliterated as Thanawat Phimphayoth or similar variations) is a Thai professional footballer born on October 24, 2000. At 25 years old (as of 2026), he stands 1.82 meters tall and plays primarily as a **left-back**, using his left foot.

He began gaining attention for his performances in the lower divisions of Thai football. He played for North Bangkok University in Thai League 3 (Bangkok zone), where he contributed to the team’s runner-up finish in the 2023–24 season and helped secure a runner-up spot in the 2024 Chang U Champions Cup as a center-back.

His strong showings earned him a move to the top flight. In July 2024, he joined **Singha Chiangrai United** in Thai League 1 on a contract running until June 30, 2026. He continues to develop as a versatile defender in one of Thailand’s premier clubs.

Thanawat represents an emerging talent in Thai domestic football, known for his defensive solidity and adaptability across the backline.
