Prince Charles will reportedly lend a large amount of money to his younger brother Prince Andrew to settle the multimillion-dollar sexual abuse lawsuit with Virginia Giuffre.

According to The Sun, Charles has agreed to provide money to Andrew, who has nine days to deposit the money so that his accuser can withdraw the sex abuse case. Andrew’s sexual abuse case with Giuffre was settled by paying her a large sum of money at the suggestion of Prince Charles.

Prince Charles to reportedly lend loan to Prince Andrew

Prince Charles and his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, will get their money from the sale of the Duke of York’s ski chalet in Verbier, Switzerland, which could take two months, according to The Sun. “He has no income or money to pay back a bank loan, so the family is the only way he can pay it back.” Once the money hits his bank account, he can repay his brother and whoever else lent him cash, said a family friend to The Sun.

According to reports, Giuffre and Andrew settled for between $9 and $12 million. Giuffre claimed she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew three times when she was just 17 years old under the orders of the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Duke has always denied the accusations made by Giuffre, but he agreed to pay £12 million last month in order to end the case. Pince promised to donate “substantially” to her charity supporting victims of sexual abuse.
Prince Andrew said in his statement to Virginia Giuffre that he regretted his association with Epstein and promised to support “the fight against the evils of sex trafficking and to help its victims.” In the statement, Prince Andrew mentioned that he did not wish to malign the character of Giuffre and that she suffered abuse. David Boies, who represented Giuffre, noted that lawyers on both sides were telling the judge that a settlement in principle had been reached and that they would ask for dismissal of the lawsuit within a month.
