Junta Offers Free Admission to Chiang Mai Zoo’s on 11 July

CHIANG RAI – The Chiang Mai Zoo has joined in the national campaign to return happiness to the people by offering free admission on 11 July 2014. Many recreational activities will be organized for zoo visitors on that day.

The Zoological Park Organization of Thailand and the National Council for Peace and Order invite tourists and the general public to visit seven zoos, including the famous Chiang Mai Zoo, for free this Friday. The Chiang Mai Zoo is preparing many activities for zoo visitors such as games, concerts from a local army unit, traditional Thai musical performances and free medical check-ups from the Kawila military base and Chiang Mai Medical Center.

There will be cute animal mascots for zoo visitors to take a picture with and animal feeding.
