Amy Winehouse is dead at age 27

LONDON – The troubled singer Amy Winehouse, seen as the brightest star of young people in music, has died aged 27 of a suspected drug overdose.

Paramedics found him at his home in north London at the time at around 4 pm local on Saturday but could not save.

His death comes after years of addiction to the widely publicized drug and alcohol, he saw Winehouse fade from the peak of his musical success and become the most talked about his physical decline.

Friends of the star paid tribute to his extraordinary talent. The singer and actress Kelly Osbourne said: “I can not even breathe right now I’m crying so hard, you just lost one of my best friends I love you forever and Amy will never forget your true self.”

In a written tribute, singer Mick Hucknell hailed Winehouse as “the best female singer in Britain has a long, long way. Such a tragic loss.” He promised to “dedicate a song to her tonight.”

Winehouse became so famous for his erratic behavior and beehive hairdo and his unique voice and composer, which resulted in some of the most famous and recognizable success in recent years, including rehabilitation, a song about her refusal to attending a rehabilitation clinic, and Love is a losing game.

During an infamous performance at the Eden Project in Cornwall, England, in 2007, he forgot his lyrics, his fans spat at and hit in the face with his microphone.

Another performance at Glastonbury in 2008 saw the singer stumbling about on stage as the audience mumbling incoherence interrupted.

In the years that followed, many returns were promised, but none materialized, with many concerts canceled at the last minute due to his fragile health.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last October, Winehouse was asked if he had unfulfilled ambitions. She replied: “No. If I died tomorrow, I’d be a happy girl ..”

Last month, management was forced to cancel all upcoming dates and commitments after a series of public appearances and erratic disastrous performance in Belgrade, Serbia, which will now be remembered as his last concert.

The singer made his last public appearance suddenly on Wednesday night, when she joined her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield’s singing on stage at the Roundhouse in Camden, dancing with Bromfield and encourage the public to buy their album.

Once upon a time all seemed very promising. After winning a scholarship to the Sylvia Young Theatre School at the age of 12 years, began writing his own songs and sing on weekends with jazz bands and the National Youth Orchestra, performing their songs at family parties and bar mitzvahs.

A friend in the music industry to hear the young Winehouse in one of these events and decided to give studio time to record some demos, which led to a record deal with Island Records at the age of 18.

The following year, in 2003, Winehouse 19-year-old released her debut album, Frank, was critically acclaimed and nominated for the Mercury Music Prize

Their follow-up three years later, back to Black, was one of the biggest selling records of 2006 and made history when he entered the American charts at number 7, the highest position ever for a female artist British.

With the songs Back to Black, drying the tears on your own and you know I’m not good, which sold over three million copies and led to become the first British singer Winehouse won five Grammys in one night.

She also won the coveted Ivor Novello award-ended three times, and was considered a forerunner of the current wave of successful singers in writing about their experiences of pain and relationships, including Adele and Duffy.

Winehouse’s life began spiraling out of control in 2005 when she met Blake Fielder-Civil, a video assistant music in a pub in north London.

While Fielder-Civil was in a relationship, the couple began a romantic relationship, and shortly thereafter, Winehouse is famous for his drunken public appearances and erratic behavior, running off stage to vomit during a performance, and each drawled again, both on stage and during interviews.

But the relationship of fire with Fielder-Civil appeared to his songwriting skills of fuel, and when the couple separated briefly in 2006 and returned to an old girlfriend, Winehouse sank into depression. During this period he wrote the songs that make up the brokenhearted much of Back to Black.

Followed by dramatic weight loss, prompting speculation of eating disorders and addiction to heroin, and in April 2007, and Fielder-Civil rekindled their relationship and married in a ceremony held in Miami, and was celebrated with burgers and fries.

Soon after came out of the notorious couple in Soho, where they were photographed lash each other’s face was bleeding, with bleeding feet.

Later that year, Fielder-Civil was remanded on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice after allegedly trying to bribe a man to drop the assault charges against him.

Friends and parents hope that the separation of Fielder-Civil would mean a clean slate for Winehouse. She moved to the Caribbean island of SantaLucia, in an attempt to “be clean”, but soon he was drinking heavily and behaving erratically, appearing on the beach with a burn on the leg without explanation.

A recent breast enlargement and yet more erratic appearances continued to fuel speculation that all was not well in the world of Winehouse, despite the repeated assertions of his administration would soon be back on track.

Winehouse’s father, Mitch, a former taxi driver who launched his career singing jazz, was believed to travel back to London from New York.

The singer Michelle Gayle, a family friend, said his father was “devastated.”

Winehouse once said: “I’ve always been a housewife little I know I’m talented, but he did not put me here to sing to be a wife and mother over and care for my family … I love what I do, but not where it begins and ends. ”

Unfortunately, neither his staff nor his musical ambitions will be fulfilled.
