The Apple Sports App Lets You Keep Track Of Live Scores

(CTN News) – As of today, Apple has launched its own dedicated sports app, which is available for free download on the iPhone and provides real-time statistics and scores for several different sporting events.

As Apple Sports, the app enables users to customize their favourite teams and leagues, allowing them to stay up to date with multiple games across multiple sports at the same time and even view live betting odds along the way, as well as follow multiple games across multiple sports at the same time.

The app will include a number of major European football leagues, including the Premier League, Spain’s La Liga, France’s Ligue 1, Italy’s Serie A and the German Bundesliga, as well as Major League Soccer and Liga MX from Mexico, along with major US sporting leagues currently in play, including the NBA, NHL, and college basketball.

Additional leagues, including Major League Baseball, the NFL, the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), will be included in the app as their new seasons begin later in the year.

There is currently no single location that allows fans to track scores across multiple teams and sports simultaneously, according to the technology giant.

If a game is available on Apple TV or another streaming service the user is signed in to on their iPhone, the app will also include a link to view it live.

The purpose of Apple Sports is to provide sports fans with what they want – a fast and easy way to get up-to-date scores and stats, according to senior vice president of services, Eddy Cue.

” Apple Sports can be downloaded for free through the App Store,

Which allows users to keep up-to-date with their favorite teams and leagues.”

It is expected that the new app will initially be available in three countries: the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

In addition, it has been reported that Apple Sports will sync favorites selected in the app with the My Sports era of Apple TV and Apple News during the coming months.
