Chiang Rai United Wins 4-2 Over Bangkok United

Chiang Rai United won 4-2 against Bangkok United last night. It was the last Thai Premier League match in 2013 season.

Chiang Rai United made 2-1 lead advantage over  Bangkok in the first half. Leonardo of Chiang Rai United scored in 9 minutes 1-0 and second goal by Nurul Sriyankem in 20 minutes 2-0. Tony Costa in 26 minutes put it on the net 2-1.

53 minutes Ampaipitakwon tied 2-2. However, Chiang Rai United added 2 more goals by Jerry and Nurul Sriyankem 4-2.

Chiang Rai United finished up at 11th in TPL, total points 34 and goal difference -13. Buriram United got champion and Pattaya United automatically goes down to Divison One.

Next year Thai Premier League will start in the second week of February.
