Powerball Ticket Worth $1M Sold On Wednesday at N.J. Tobacco Shop
Officials in Gloucester County announced that a Powerball ticket valued at $1 million was sold for Wednesday’s drawing at a tobacco shop in the county.
Officials with the New Jersey Lottery announced Thursday that the lucky ticket was bought at The Smoke Shop on Beckett Road in Logan. In addition to matching five numbers, the lucky ticket also matched the Powerball number.
The lucky ticket was the only one in the whole country to win $1 million. The $99.4 million jackpot was not won by anyone nationwide.
In Wednesday’s drawing, the winning numbers were: 13, 22, 34, 51, and 67. The Powerball drawn in Wednesday’s drawing was 10 with the Power Play of 2X.
The drawing on Saturday is estimated to be worth $112 million with a cash option of $76.8 million.

Powerball’s odds of winning the jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who purchases a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance of matching five numbers and winning at least $1 million, while the odds of winning the third prize of at least $50,000 are 913,129 to 1.
Powerball is played every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday in 45 states, Washington D.C., the Caribbean, and Puerto Rico.
