Added the Legends PlayStation Plus game will disable the option for players to upgrade their base version of Ghost of Tsushima to the Director’s Cut, the user said.

PlayStation offers free games every month to subscribers of the PlayStation Plus service. PlayStation Plus announced four new games this time, including a bonus game – Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. However, players are taking to social media platforms like Reddit to warn other users about a problem with the bonus game. Here’s more info about the PlayStation Plus service outage.

The Reddit user known as u/Ehrand wrote in a post that once he redeemed the PS5 version of the “trial” of Legends, he noticed that he was unable to upgrade to the DC version because he owns the Ghost DC trial tracker… Additionally, the PS5 upgrade is now completely gone from the store.” According to the user, “now, the only option is to buy the PS4 or PS5 version at full price.” While I hope it is simply a store bug, for now, I am afraid this will not be the case.”

As a result of adding the PS+ Legends game, players will not be able to upgrade their base Ghost of Tsushima version to the Director’s Cut and will only be able to purchase the full game. The user notes, however, that the issue was resolved after contacting PlayStation Support. It appears that this is an error and the service provider can fix it.
