(CTN News) – National Voter Registration Day is Tuesday, which is the appropriate day to register to vote in celebration of the day. Residents can register to vote starting at 9 a.m. at the Anderson County Election Commission Office.
In addition, Mauldin High School in Spartanburg will hold registration from noon to 2 p.m. Students will be able to register there. In addition, in Spartanburg from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. near Morgan Square.
As per the law in South Carolina, you must register 30 days before the general election taking place on November 8 in order to participate in the election.
Requirements On National Voter Registration Day are as follows:
- Citizenship of the United States is required

The last four digits of your social security number and your driver’s license will be necessary to register.
