China at Risk Again: ‘Omicron’ Spreads To 28 Of China’s Provinces and Regions

The COVID-19 Omicron epidemic situation in China is grim and complex, making it more difficult to prevent and control, but the overall epidemic situation in China is still under control, according to the National Health Commission on Tuesday. A total of 8,201 patients were hospitalized in COVID-19’s worst-hit province, Jilin, with more than 95 percent having mild cases or silent carriers, the National Health Center reported.
