Jennifer Craig, the late actor’s representative, confirmed the news to the Hollywood Reporter. The news of Ray Liotta’s death broke on Thursday, and several actors and fans of the star mourned his loss online.

Apparently, Ray Liotta died in his sleep while filming Dangerous Waters in the Dominican Republic. The actor’s cause of death and the time and date of his death are unknown. A foul play is not suspected. He is survived by his fiance Jacy Nittolo and his daughter, Karsen Liotta, who is also an actor and has worked with him on several occasions. Co-stars in Shades of Blue, Hubie Halloween, and other films.
