39 year Old Swedish National Hans Kristian Dies from Motorcycle Crash in Surat Thani, Thailand

SURAT THANI – Pol Lt Col Somjid Sommai, investigator from Don Sak Provincial Police Station has reported that they have recovers the body of 39 year old Swedish national Hans Kristian.
Pol Lt Col Somjid Sommai,was informed by a local resident at 1;30 in the afternoon about a foreign man who was lying along with his motorcycle next to the main road and appeared to be dead.
When Police, medical staff and rescue volunteers arrived on the scene they found Mr.Kristian’s body and the crashed motorcycle a few meters next to the road. “The motorcycle, a black Ducati, had no license plate and was badly damaged,â€Â Pol Lt Col reported.
Pol Lt Col Somjid said his head was crushed and his neck broken, leading investigators to the conclusion that the victim was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Police are now trying to reconstruct what eventually lead to the crash, his body has been sent to Surat Thani Hospital and the Swedish embassy has been informed about the death.
