BANGKOK – Metro Police have reported that paramedics and volunteers from Poh Tek Tung Foundation were called to Soi Sathon 12, Silom, Bangrak in Bangkok after the body of French National  Vincent Jean Emmanuel, 31, was discovered lying face-up on the walkway of the condominium.

According to the Manager Online, police said the fall from the 26th floor had caused numerous fractures, including his skull, arms, and legs.

His girlfriend told police investigators Mr Emmanuel had lived in the apartment alone and before the incident, the two were quarreling on the phone.

After he hung up, he sent her a photo of him sitting on the edge of the building with his legs dangling in the air.

She said she tried to call him, but he did not answer his phone. When she made her way to his condominium, she found that he had fallen to his death.

His body was transported to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital for further examination.
