Convicted British Paedophile Busted in Chiang Mai

CHIANG MAI – Simon Jeremy Merington Brisko, 64 a suspected British paedophile was arrested by police in Chiang Mai on Monday on child sex abuses.
Acting on complaints that an elderly foreigner was regularly seen approaching underaged males from computer game shops in Patu Tha Pae in Chiang Mai.
Police said Mr. Brisko would bringing the young boys to his house in Soi 7, Tambon Chang Phoek and, later on, posting images of their sex scenes on social media.
Police managed to get hold of three teenagers who claimed they used to have sex with the Briton and were paid 500 baht a time.
Police on Monday raided the suspect’s rented home and seized his computer which was found to have stored over 2,000 VDO clips of child sex abuses.
The suspect was detained for further questioning but he denied all the charges against him.
Pol Col Worapong Kamlue, superintendent of Region 5 provincial police, however, said that the suspect was arrested in Britain in 1990 and 2005 on charges on child sex offences before he settled down in Thailand.
