CHIANG RAI – Governor Boonsong Techamanisatit said the province will hold the cycling activity called “Bike For Safety” to ensure safety during the Songkran holiday.

More than 1,000 cyclists from all over the country are expected to join the event, including locals and tourists.
The event, scheduled for April 10, 2016, with intent to encourage road safety, the cyclists will travel on two routes, including the 64-kilometer Route A from the city hall to Mae Chan District Office and the 68-kilometer Route B from the city hall to Rajamangala University of Technology at Lanna Campus.
