BANGKOK – Thailand will be looking to extend their unbeaten start to their World Cup Asia qualifying campaign when they clash with bottom club Chinese Taipei.

Thailand are five point clear at the top of Group F and victory will all but secure their passage to the next stage of qualifying and a step closer to Russia.
From their opening four qualifying matches they have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 and will be fully confident about claiming maximum points once more.
Their only blip was a 2-2 draw at home to second ranked team Iraq, they come into this game on the back of a 3-0 hammering of Vietnam with Krirkrit Thaweekarn and Theerathon Bunmathan scoring either side of a Dinh Tien Thanh own goal.
Chinese Taipei would need to win all of their remaining three matches to have any chance of qualifying and even then it might not be enough.
They are rock bottom of Group F with zero points to their name so the chances of qualification looks very slim indeed.
They may have not been victorious in this World Cup qualifying campaign but they do come into this clash on the back of a 5-1 friendly success over Macao last month.
These two have already met during this World Cup qualifying campaign with Thailand running out 2-0 winners with Teerasil Dangda grabbing a first-half double.
Thailand versus Chinese Taipei takes place at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok on Thursday, November 12 with a kick-off time of 1200 GMT.
