Russell Brand Unequivocally Denies Metoo Allegations

Russell Brand, a comedian, actor, and internet commenter, has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse sexual assaults between 2006 and 2013. The British comedian resorted to YouTube to “absolutely deny” the “very serious criminal allegations” levelled against him.

Many believe Russell Brand, who frequently criticises the legacy media, has become the latest victim of a “coordinated campaign” by the corporate media to trash his identity and eliminate his online presence.

Elon Musk and Andrew Tate have both spoken out in support of Brand’s assertions of a “coordinated media attack.”

The alleged rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse of four women is detailed in the claims, which have now been published by The Sunday Times and Channel 4.

The Channel 4 Dispatches show will air at 9 p.m. on Saturday night, UK time. Speculation has grown as to who or what might be at the heart of the allegations. According to the Daily Mail, the long-running current affairs documentary series will feature information about a well-known celebrity.

The charges, according to the Mail’s sources, are disturbing. There is no hint that Brand will appear in the show.

Russell Brand shared the three-minute video with his 6.5 million YouTube and X (previously Twitter) followers.

Brand claimed the charges “arise from a time when I was working in the mainstream, when… I was very, very promiscuous,” but argued all of his relationships were consensual.

He then claimed that the inquiries were part of a “coordinated media attack,” similar to “what happened with Joe Rogan when he dared to take a medicine that the mainstream media didn’t approve of.”

Musk responded to Brand’s tweet with, “Of course.” They despise competition.”

Brand stated that he had been “aware of newspapers making phone calls” and “sending letters” to people he had known for “ages and ages.”

He believes “there’s a serious and consorted agenda to control these kinds of spaces,” referring to his YouTube channel.

Brand has had tremendous success as an independent political analyst.

Andrew Tate, a former kickboxing champion turned influencer charged with rape and human trafficking in Romania, also appeared to back Brand. Tate has categorically denied any wrongdoing.

“Welcome to the club,” Tate said on Twitter, tagging Brand’s X/Twitter account and posted a cartoon knight with the remark, “On my way to fight the crazy bitch allegations.”

Kirsty Gallacher, a TV and radio personality, also appeared to back him up, sharing his video with a red heart symbol to her Instagram Stories ( Tweet now deleted).

Musk and Brand have both been labelled as “conspiracy theorists” for challenging official narratives over the years. During the epidemic, Brand faced criticism for raising concerns about lockdowns, mask and vaccine demands.

He faced outrage in 2014 after declaring he was “open-minded” regarding the possibility that the US government was behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

“These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies,” Brand stated in the video, which he posted on X yesterday.

“And, as I’ve discussed extensively in my books, I was extremely promiscuous.”

“During that period of promiscuity, the relationships I had were always completely consensual.”

“I was always open about it back then, and I am still open about it now.”

“And to see that transparency turn into something criminal, which I categorically deny, makes me wonder if there is another agenda at work.”

Brand stated that among the “very serious allegations” were a “litany of astonishing attacks.”

He labelled some of the charges “some pretty stupid stuff,” including requests to terminate his Hay-on-Wye Community Festival.

“I need my voice along with your voice,” Russell Brand added.

“I don’t mind if they use my books and stand-up to discuss my previous promiscuous sexual behaviour.”

“I categorically deny these very serious, criminal allegations.”

“It’s also worth noting that there are witnesses whose evidence directly contradicts the narratives that these two mainstream media outlets are attempting to construct, seemingly in what appears to be a coordinated attack.”

Throughout the video, he said that viewers to his YouTube channel have previously stated in the comments section, “watch out Russell, they’re coming for you.”

Brand concludes the video, which has already received millions of views since its release on Friday, by stating, “In the meantime, I want you to stay close, stay awake, but most importantly – if you can, please – stay free.”
