The suspect, identified as Pavlot Pevosiatis, was arrested on the island of Koh Kood this morning as he was driving his motorcycle through a police checkpoint.

He was wanted by police on the southern island of Koh Chang for fighting and allegedly trying to kill a Russian tourist there “recently,” police say.
