ANOTHER + singular countable noun

One more, in addition, an alternative one, a different one.

May I have another piece of cake it was delicious. (I want one more)
May I have another piece of cake this one is hard. (I want a different piece)
I know I have already had too many beers but I want another beer.
Id like to live in another country.
She wants to buy another pair of shoes.

OTHER + Plural noun

More, in addition, alternatives, different.

Where are the other socks? I prefer the other ones. They are warmer.
Id like to live in other countries and experience many other cultures.
Im sure we have other jars of coffee here somewhere.

OTHER + uncountable noun

More, in addition, alternatives, different

We are not happy in this house so we need to find other accommodation.
Do you have any other advice or useful information for me?
This bread is good but I love the other one with the seeds.
