Distribution of Blankets Starts Early in Chiangrai

Mrs. Ratana said Sutt Mani President of Administration Chiang Rai said there have been many problems this year with Villages flooding and now temperatures dropping to record lows. They have started distribution of Blankets to needy Villagers early this year due to unnatural weather conditions in Chiangrai.

The distribution of winter blankets to the people in different areas. The Provincial Administration Organization (PAO), in Chiangrai has started to distribute blankets to their winter home. The distributors will patrol a total of 1800 villages in Chiangrai helping a total of about 3,000 households.

This year organizers are working together to assure they don’t overlap households and villages to assure as many people as possible get blankets

Today (15 November), Chiang Rai meteorological stations have weather reports from Du Ban Muang is the lowest temperature measured was 15.2 degrees Celsius this morning after yesterday evening (14 Nov ), the maximum temperature is 29.3 degrees Celsius, the weather, such as in the winter.
