Chiang Rai to Host Arts and Culture Fair April 27th to 29th

CHIANG RAI – Tourism Thailand and other agencies have jointly held a press conference to publicize that Chiang Rai Province is preparing to hold an arts and culture fair as a tribute to HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

The objectives are to showcase the unique culture of Chiang Rai, raise public awareness of the local arts and culture as well as honoring HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for her role in arts and culture conservation.

The event features an exhibition on the art and activities of the princess, folk music performances, displays of handicrafts and artworks by local artists, and outlets selling artistic items.

The event take place between 27th and 29th April at 75th Anniversary Flag and Lamp Park in Muang District.
